At the same time the Neoclassic was facing French Revolution through rationality, using the Enlightenment as their foundation, the Romantic artists of France and Germany faced the same situation with anger, rage and feelings for the unfair situation of the poor and disable. Most of the artists of this time, did these under grounded and using metaphors to avoid being accused.
